HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON?

You will be notified if you are a finalist and invited to attend an awards weekend to be held in Bryan on Saturday, November 3rd.   You may come for that Saturday alone, or we will provide housing in the Bryan/College Station area to those finalists requesting it for the Friday night before and/or the Saturday night afterwards.

The day will be filled with activities that include such things as;

  • A suturing clinic and contest,

  • A casting clinic and contest

  • A radiology clinic and contest and

  • Some laid back R&R with some Aggie tail-gaiting and BBQ.

The weekend alone will be well worth your effort, but as if that was not enough, we're going to announce the Grand Prize Winner of the overseas trip and give away tons of other prizes.  There will be something for everyone!
